Orders are confirmed for printing 03 hours after they are placed to ensure quick fulfillment. Therefore, you can only cancel or modify your order within 03 hours of placing it. After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled or modified.
Return/Refund Policy:
All items are made to order, meaning that we print the item(s) specifically for you when you place your order. Due to this customization, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or printing quality issue, please contact our customer service within 20 days of your delivery date. After the 20-day period, we cannot offer a replacement.
To file a claim, please contact our customer service team and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Video/photo of the defective product
- Full delivery address
If the issue is significant, we will send you a replacement within a reasonable time. In this case, you can keep the original product.
